Event Reservations and Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit of US$100 will be charged at the time of a confirmed booking.  This deposit will be applied to the final balance of the costs, which is due 30 days prior to the event date. 

Event Ceremony Cancellation Policy

If cancellation of the event occurs 30 days or more prior to the event date, all fees wil lbe refunded to the client less the US$100 non-refundable deposit (processing fee).  If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the confirmed date, up to 50% of fees paid will be non-refundable.  (Support staff,  i.e., florists,  photographers,  musicians, etc. require payment of all cancelled  bookings within this time frame.)  If cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to the event date, no refunds will be extended.

 
 

Visa, Mastercard,  Diners and JCB credit cards are accepted.

All services are subject to a 4.17% Hawaii Excise Tax.   All prices subject to change.
